Raise your hands , if your kids are in the group who doesn't like vegetables and like only junk foods especially POTATO FRIES . I'm one among you . French fries are deep fried in oil, they are very high in fat and calories, which can pose a number of serious health risks if consumed regularly. French fries also contain a lot of salt and acrylamide, leading to weight gain and obesity.
Then I thought to replace something which is more healthy but something similar to fries to fullfill my son's craving for cripsy fries . I found this PURPLE FRIES or YAM FRIES .
